If you’re not yet ready for management, our 90-day Artist Development program is designed to accelerate your growth, identify weaknesses, and prepare you for long-term success in the music industry. We take a hands-on approach, working closely with you to refine your sound, branding, and strategy while providing structured coaching and development tools. You’ll also be assigned a dedicated producer to help create a 6-single waterfall release strategy, setting you up for success over the next 6–12 months.

What is the contract length for Artist Development?
Artist Development is a 3-month contract (90 days).
Can I still work a job or go to school during Artist Development?
Yes, but expect to dedicate time weekly for songwriting, recording, brand-building, and mentorship.
How do you make money as my manager?
We work on a percentage basis—we only get paid when you get paid. This ensures that we grow together.
Do you charge a setup fee for management?
- If an artist meets the requirements but lacks 10,000+ monthly listeners, a setup fee is required.
- This ranges from $1,000 to $3,000, depending on the artist’s needs.
What is the contract length for Artist Management?
Management agreements are 1-year contracts with an annual renewal, up to 5 years max.
There are multiple ways for clients to exit the agreement, but we require an annual commitment to ensure progress.
Will I lose creative control over my music?
No. You retain 100% creative control.
We provide strategic guidance, but final decisions are always yours.
Do I own my music and social media accounts?
Yes. You own everything. We only assist with strategy, branding, and execution.
How much money will I make as an artist?
It varies. Success depends on streaming, live performances, merch, sync licensing, and marketing.
