About.

Elton Audio Records is an independent record label, online music news site, and management company based out of New Jersey. We offer competitive rates for audio mixing and mastering, graphic design, and advertising, but our hearts are set on developing and managing artists of all levels. At EAR, we focus on helping our clients push through the noise. Instead of artists working for us, we work for them; putting the artist in the driver’s seat. We mean that. In every way, we coach, educate, assist, fight for, and produce with our artists to ensure their music is the best it can be. Ultimately, it’s the ear that matters when it comes to making great music. That is why we put sound quality as our #1 priority.

Our Story…

“We’re a company dedicated to providing you the best in music quality. We help musicians get their compositions made into recorded songs. We connect those musicians to fans that will enjoy their music style. We provide discovery for people worldwide, through news, playlists, and more. And finally we do all this for you, the artist.”

— LOUIS ELTON, CEO

Elton Audio Records was officially founded in 2018 by Louis Elton to push the limits of the music industry, and help artists in every genre succeed in their music career. The concept was simple; put the artist in the driver’s seat. Before the company became a label, Elton Audio Entertainment began as a side project to record and manage new artists wanting to pursue music professionally. Shortly after the release of their first website, eltonaudio.com became a music news site. There, blog publications showcased stories of emerging talent, and new releases from established stars all over the globe. Then, after only putting out a few releases, the entertainment company transformed to Elton Audio Records.

After the company rebranded, so did the team. Within one year Elton Audio Records expanded to a team of seven; incorporating artist managers, audio engineers, and web designers across the United States to help the new flood of artists looking for representation. In addition to its in-house production, E.A.R. also expanded its network of recording studios, photographers, and videographers across the country. This started a chain reaction that propelled the small but growing label to the position they are in today.

E.A.R. currently manages 200+ artists, accumulated 150k followers on EAR News, and continues to grow every single day. Musicians of all genres have had the ability to work and build a team through Elton Audio Records, and in turn, a career. From online services to help artists with their music production, distribution, music videos, and graphic design, E.A.R. has proven to be the one-stop shop for musicians of the modern era.

The Problem:

Major record labels are more selective with who they work. When it comes to new artists, it’s hard to judge if the talent is worth investing in early on in his/her career. With an oversaturated market of music and a shortage of income from music streaming services, those labels cut their development budget. Based on this change, the business model from most record labels went from investing in artists to acquisitions of song licenses. If record labels are interested in working with rising talent, they want to make back the money they loan you (a record deal), which can be a justified investment with a large number of followers on social media, quality discography, and more factors. Thus, you have to shine at almost every level to even be considered.

Our Solution:

At Elton Audio Records, we offer a variety of services that enables artists to begin a professional career in music. We’re looking to “bridge the gap” between the artist on the rise, and the signed. We help you brand your music with press releases, and high-quality images to represent your albums, build a network of people to push your content, and assist with production, advertising, and more. We do this by marketing our artists to both fans (focusing on awareness and engagement) and professionals (expansion and relationships). Our goal is to help artists achieve a level of sustainability quickly, this way the artist can choose if they “need” a major label deal, or prefer staying independent. So far, we have gotten a lot of feedback from our artists on what works, and what doesn’t. While we continue to make adjustments for the better of the Elton Audio community, we hope to become the alternative to spark a music industry revolution.
